1. Is it possible to get data analysis for other "diagnosis" interests than the packages listed?

Other than based on bacterial genes? – Metagenomics is a large field, and we have listed some of the most asked packages on our website. We are happy to provide our services for custom questions and analyses. We request you reach out to us with your questions, such as specific operational/environmental issues or questions, the type of analysis, any time requirements, budgetary constraints, etc, and we will be happy to connect with you for a free consultation.

2. Do you provide data analyses other than metagenomics?

We have experience in other types of analyses, such as taxonomic profiling, transcriptomics, and isolating genomes, to name a few, and we are comfortable expanding outside of metagenomics-based analyses.

3. How long does your (meta)genomics service take?

As a general rule, you can expect 6 to 8 weeks from the sample delivery, with most reports getting delivered closer to 6 weeks TAT. In rare cases or custom analyses, if there is any delay, we notify our customers well in advance to anticipate any short delay that may occur.

4. How much does it cost?

We pride ourselves on providing cutting-edge techniques at a very competitive price. As each project varies, we ask you to please contact us with your questions, and we can provide accurate quotes for your project based on your needs.
